Views, Partitions, Parallelism

PostgreSQL 18 for Analytics gave PostgreSQL 1,289 the SQL of analytics; this section gives it the physical tools: materialized views, partitioning, BRIN indexes and parallel query. All four predate PostgreSQL 18 and run here on 18.6 against mart.sales (scripts demos/ch04/sql/451-*.sql to 458-*.sql).
