Airbyte

Airbyte: Connector Catalog and Licence

Airbyte 128,715 (github.com/airbytehq/airbyte (https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte 22,159 )) offers a large connector catalog, sources and destinations, each a Docker 514 image or Python package that speaks the Airbyte protocol (JSON messages for catalog, records and state on standard output). The platform, Airbyte Core, schedules syncs, stores state and has a UI and API; it runs on Kubernetes 5,150 , which abctl local install creates in Docker. It wants 4 or more CPUs and 8 GB of memory, so on this shared host it is described, not run.

Read the licences carefully. The platform has been under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2) since version 0.30 in September 2021: free to self-host for any volume, but you may not offer it to others as a managed service or circumvent license keys. ELv2 is source-available, not an OSI-approved open-source licence. Connectors carry their own licences: many are MIT, but not all; the File source used below declares ELv2 on PyPI 2,431 (airbyte-source-file 0.6.0).
