Schema Evolution

BookNest's order schema will change while old data is still read by consumers on their own upgrade schedule. Each format answers "what if the reader's schema differs from the writer's?" according to how it identifies a field: Avro 129 by name through schema resolution, Protocol Buffers 59,573 by field number, and Parquet 129 by column name against the schema in each file's footer.
