"It works on my machine" is almost always a difference between two environments, and LAMP has many:
Case sensitivity. Windows and macOS treat Header.php and header.php as one file; ext4 does not, so an include 'Header.php' that works locally fails on the server.
Line endings. A shell script saved with CRLF fails on Linux with /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter.
Permissions. Windows has no www-data user and no mode bits, so the problems of Web Server Permissions appear only after the first upload.
Versions and services. Bundles ship their own php.ini, often MariaDB 3,681 instead of MySQL 524 , and never teach systemctl, journalctl or a2enmod.
So run the server's distribution, versions and configuration locally. WSL2 6 and Docker Compose 514 do that; desktop bundles trade it for a one-click installer.
