Bit

Bit (https://bit.dev) provides a CLI tool and an online platform where you can codeyour React components, publish them (after they've been isolated by Bit), and share them with others.

It also allows you to search for components created and published by others. Think of it as NPM meeting Git, but for React Components. Their 3rd-party store allows you to browse through a full “marketplace” of components. You're free to edit the code used to render the preview and make sure the component fits your needs before deciding to download it and add it to your project.
