Log Ranges

Before merging, ask what a branch would bring. A..B means "commits reachable from B but not from A", and A...B means commits on either side but not on both:

git log --oneline main..ui-search
git log --oneline --cherry-mark --left-right main...ui-search
git diff --stat main...ui-search

By hash, both front-end commits are missing from main; --cherry-mark compares the changes themselves (patch IDs) and marks equivalents =, so only 4370a11 is new. For git diff, A..B compares two tips, while A...B compares the merge base with B: what the branch changed, as a pull request shows it.
