XSLT Analysis and Streaming

Stylesheets are checked at compile time and run time. Streaming, XSLT 3.0's answer to inputs too big for memory, is Saxon-EE 726,956 only in Saxon 12; Saxon-HE runs the same code on an in-memory tree.
