XSLT Templates and Modules

XSLT Flow and Construction pulled data with xsl:for-each. XSLT's native style is push: xsl:apply-templates sends nodes out, and the best-matching template rule handles each, which keeps large stylesheets (DocBook, DITA) maintainable.
