Schema Registry

Schema Registries introduced the registry's wire format and compatibility modes; Converters showed a sink stuck without a schema. Here two registries run against the BookNest broker, the order event is registered in three formats, changes are tested before they ship, and an Avro 129 topic lands in PostgreSQL 1,289 without a schema in any connector configuration.
