Topics and CLI Tools

The scripts in Kafka 129 's bin/ directory wrap the Admin, producer and consumer APIs. They run inside l3-kafka (Single-Broker KRaft Cluster), whose booknest.order-events holds the 1,163 events of Topics and Partitions; Reassigning Partitions uses the six-node cluster.
