Buildx and Multi-Platform

docker build is a front for Buildx 4,514 , the CLI plugin that drives BuildKit 10,294 . Buildx also creates extra builders, builds one tag for several CPU architectures, moves the build cache between machines, and builds several targets from one file, all of which BookNest's CI (Jenkins) and cluster (Kubernetes) can use.
