Reusable Workflows, Composite Actions and OIDC to the Cloud

Copy-pasted YAML drifts, and long-lived cloud keys stored as secrets leak. This section removes both problems: pull request #21 added a reusable workflow, a composite action and a JavaScript action to BookNest, plus a workflow that obtains an OpenID Connect token, the credential that replaces stored cloud keys.
