Keys, Tokens and gh

GitHub 29 stopped accepting account passwords for Git 1,932 operations in August 2021. Every push and API call now proves who you are with an SSH key, a token, or an OAuth sign-in brokered by a helper. This section sets up each of them for BookNest's developer, Sam, and ends with the gh 29 command-line tool used through the rest of the chapter.
