Building BookNest's Cluster with kind

This section builds the cluster that the rest of the chapter deploys BookNest to: l3-booknest, one control plane and one worker, pulling from Image Registries's registry, with a narrow door for Jenkins 8,793 (Jenkins). Its definition lives in BookNest's repository under k8s/, so a rebuild takes about a minute.
