StatefulSets and PostgreSQL

BookNest's database has been a bare Pod with no volume since API Pod Spec. This section replaces it with a StatefulSet: one PostgreSQL 1,289 Pod with a stable name, its own volume from Volumes and Storage's booknest-data class, a generated password, and a schema created exactly once.
