A WebGPU page is finished when it is fast enough, when the WebGL code it replaces has been ported or bridged, and when you know where else its shaders can run. This section times GPU work without stalling the page, maps WebGL's WebGL onto WebGPU with a real side-by-side port, and runs the same WGSL compute shader in Node.js 2,131 and Python.
