Reports and Notifications

Jenkins 8,793 records what a build produced and whether it passed as archived files, test results with history, and notifications. For a failure worth reporting, Sam pushed feature/id-range, whose first commit ("Reject book ids outside 1-100") broke a test and whose second fixed it; main build 5 above is that branch merged.
