Declarative Pipeline

Declarative Pipeline puts a fixed structure of sections and directives on top of Pipeline's Groovy engine (Surviving Restarts): checked before it runs, drawn as a graph, readable without knowing Groovy. Each example here ran as a decl-* Pipeline job on the BookNest controller.
