Config as Code

So far the controller's setup lives only in JENKINS_HOME, made by clicks and one-off scripts. Configuration as Code 2,791 (JCasC) and Job DSL 1,924 turn it into reviewable files; this section rebuilds BookNest's controller from them in a fresh container, l2-jenkins-casc.
