Companions and Generics

Kotlin has no static keyword and no monkey-patching, yet Android code is full of singletons, helpers that look like members of Modifier, and type-safe containers such as StateFlow<T>. These features build on Classes and Data Classes and return throughout Compose 234 (Composables) and ViewModels (ViewModel and UDF).
