Notifications and Widgets

A background sync that finds a lower price is only useful if the user hears about it. Android offers two ways to reach someone who isn't looking at your app: a notification in the status bar and shade, and an app widget on the home screen. BookNest adds both, driven by the CatalogSyncWorker of WorkManager.
