.user-select-all selects an element's whole text with one click, which suits license keys and commands such as <code class="user-select-all">; .user-select-none prevents selection and .user-select-auto restores the default. .pe-none sets pointer-events: none, so clicks pass through to whatever lies underneath, and .pe-auto re-enables them on a child. Keyboard users can still tab to a .pe-none link and press Enter, so a disabled link also needs tabindex="-1" and aria-disabled="true".
