Per-Platform Overrides in the Config File

Top-level options apply to every platform; the android and ios objects apply to one, and where an option exists at both levels the platform value wins. Logging is the usual case, since Capacitor 243,123 copies console output into Logcat and the Xcode 10 console, where it can leak data. This part of the config turns logging off, then keeps it for Android debug builds:

cap copy packages the whole file, ios block included, into the APK's capacitor.config.json; each native runtime reads its own block. Other Android options include path (the project folder, default android), flavor (a Gradle 19,597 product flavor), webContentsDebuggingEnabled (DevTools in release builds, default off), minWebViewVersion (default 60) and buildOptions, the keystore settings for npx cap build (Building and Publishing).
