Creating an App

Capacitor 243,123 never builds your web app. It copies what your bundler writes into a native project and reads one configuration file to decide how the WebView loads it. The example is a plain Vite 25,978 page listing three BookNest titles, so you can watch each setting take effect; Framework7 on Capacitor repeats the steps for the Framework7 572,986 BookNest. Everything below ran on Capacitor CLI 8.5.2, Node.js 22.22.1 2,131 , Vite 8.3.0 and JDK 21.
