The Virtual Bookstore

Twenty sections built the store in pieces. BookNestStore.openStore(engine, canvas), the last addition to bookstore.js, joins them: it calls the earlier helpers in the order their dependencies demand, adds the display table and the dust when the page has loaded l2-physics.js (Physics with Havok) and l2-particles.js (Particles), unchanged, and returns the pieces a page may want to drive. The subsections print it in order.
