The WebXR Default Experience

scene.createDefaultXRExperienceAsync(options) checks support, creates a WebXRCamera with a rig camera per eye, adds an enter button, tracks controllers and enables default features. Without the emulator:

The default experience on a machine with no headsetJavaScript
console.log(await navigator.xr.isSessionSupported('immersive-vr'));
const xr = await scene.createDefaultXRExperienceAsync({ floorMeshes: [floor] });
console.log(Object.keys(xr).join(' '));
console.log(document.querySelector('.xr-button-overlay button')?.title ?? 'no button');
Output

Babylon 89,603 warned "Session mode "immersive-vr" not supported in browser" but built the helper anyway, so check for the button, or WebXRSessionManager.IsSessionSupportedAsync('immersive-vr'), before promising VR; under the emulator a button appeared. uiOptions: { sessionMode: 'immersive-ar' } requests augmented reality, and disableDefaultUI lets your own button call xr.baseExperience.enterXRAsync(...).
