Deprecated Platforms

cordova-osx and cordova-windows: Both Deprecated

cordova-osx wrapped the app in a macOS WebView and cordova-windows in a Windows UWP app. Both still install under their full npm 2,036 names, but npm itself flags them:

Apache announced the end of cordova-osx on 22 March 2022 and pointed users to cordova-electron or to Mac Catalyst, which runs an iPad build of the cordova-ios project on the Mac. The cordova-windows repository was archived on 9 January 2023: the code still works, but no issue will be fixed. Neither belongs in a new project.
