Web App to Native App

This section opens the box: the WebView, the bridge from JavaScript to Java, plugin.xml, and the pipeline behind cordova build. The experiments use a scratch copy of BookNest with one plugin, cordova-plugin-device, so the real project stays clean until Cordova Plugins.
