Dialogs and Overlays

Framework7 572,986 has an overlay for every size of interruption, from a one-line dialog to a full-screen popup. Dialogs, action sheets, popovers, popups and sheets share one Modal base class (open(), close(), destroy(), a backdrop, open/closed events), and panels work alike. BookNest gains one of each.
