Framework7 9 572,986 's mdColorScheme parameter takes 'default', 'vibrant', 'monochrome' or 'monochrome-vibrant'; it affects only Material, and app.setMdColorScheme(name) changes it at runtime. Each maps to a Google scheme variant. Default is Tonal Spot, "low to medium colorfulness" and the stock Material You 15,533 theme of Android 12 and 13. Vibrant "maxes out colorfulness" in the primary palette, turning BookNest's primary from #8a5033 to #9b3f00. Monochrome is grayscale, but Framework7 keeps only its gray surfaces (--f7-md-surface #f9f9f9) and takes accents from Tonal Spot, or from Vibrant for monochrome-vibrant:
Choose Vibrant when a muted seed looks washed out, and monochrome when tinted surfaces would fight with photos.
