Forms, Inputs and Smart Select

Framework7 572,986 styles ordinary <input>, <select> and <textarea> elements inside list items, validates them with the browser's Constraint Validation API and adds widgets HTML lacks. BookNest gets two forms: a reading note at /note/, linked from the home page, and a checkout at /checkout/, behind the Cart tab.
