Lists and Scrolling

Six books fit on one screen; a real shop's shelves do not. BookNest gains a swipeable cart and an "Every copy" page listing 5,000 generated copies of the six books (inventory in src/js/api.js), served 200 at a time by a fake fetchInventory(offset, limit).
