An at-rule is a CSS statement starting with @ that instructs the parser rather than styling an element directly. Statement at-rules end with a semicolon (@import "base.css";). Block at-rules hold either nested style rules (@media, @supports, @container, @layer) or descriptors (@font-face, @page, @property).
