Printer Selectors

Inside @page (@page), the page selectors :first, :left and :right target the first page and the left- and right-hand pages of a double-sided printout; @page :first outranks plain @page. Firefox 555 lacks them, so they are not Baseline, while @media print (@media) works everywhere.
