Native Feedback Revisited

Android Ripple drew ripples with TouchableNativeFeedback and with Pressable's android_ripple. React Native 0.86 36,878 's source shows both ending in the same place: two Android-only View props, nativeBackgroundAndroid and nativeForegroundAndroid, that hand a ripple description to the native view. useForeground (Touchable) and foreground: true (Pressable) choose the second, drawing ink over images. canUseNativeForeground() is now simply Platform.OS === 'android', and on iOS the Touchable renders its one child with no feedback at all. Only the Touchable offers the theme's own ripple, SelectableBackground(); Pressable works everywhere and takes any children, so the drawer menu above uses it, and TouchableNativeFeedback belongs in code you maintain.
