The iOS counterparts of Android Components cover the keyboard toolbar, safe areas, action sheets, dynamic colors and the user defaults store. iOS cannot be built in this book's toolchain (iOS Requirements lists what it needs), so the iOS behavior below comes from Apple's and React Native 36,878 's documentation and is marked "not run here". What you can run is the other half of every cross-platform app: the same code on Android. src/ios/IosOnly.tsx calls each iOS-only API on the Android 16 emulator, and its output shows how each one fails, which decides how you guard it.
