Button is a finished control that takes no children: you give it a title and an onPress handler, and it draws itself the way the platform expects. It accepts a color, disabled, accessibilityLabel, testID and, on Android, touchSoundDisabled, but no style prop at all.
<Button title="Add to cart" onPress={() => console.log('Add to cart')} />
<Button
title="Buy now"
color="#6a1b9a"
onPress={() => Alert.alert('BookNest', 'Buy now pressed')}
/>
<Button title="Sold out" disabled onPress={() => {}} />The left screen of the figure in Press States shows the result. On Android the titles are upper-cased and color became the background (default #2196F3); on iOS the same color tints the text instead (default #007AFF). The disabled button is grayed out and ignores presses.
Use Button for prototypes and settings screens; for a rounded corner, an icon or a brand font, the React Native 36,878 docs send you to Pressable.
