Accessible Touch Targets

A fingertip is far blunter than a mouse pointer, and people with tremors, gloves or one hand on a bus need even more room. The platforms publish minimums:

Size is only half of it; the screen reader must also know what the target is. Give every custom Pressable a role (button, switch, checkbox, link...) and an aria-label when its content is an icon or a price that means nothing read aloud. State props complete the picture: aria-disabled, aria-checked, aria-selected, aria-expanded and aria-busy, all of which take precedence over the older accessibilityState. A Pressable with disabled reports itself disabled automatically.
